Because Divine Living Project Inc. is a nonprofit organization, your donations are used immediately to support our mission. However, we understand there may be rare instances when a refund is necessary.

1. Donation Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the original transaction in the case of:

• Duplicate donations

• Incorrect donation amount

• Unauthorized transaction

To request a refund, please contact us with your full name, donation date, and receipt number.

2. Event or Program Refunds

If you registered for a paid event or workshop and are unable to attend, refunds are available:

• Up to 72 hours before the event – Full refund

• Less than 72 hours – No refund unless otherwise stated
